The sun is shining all time, the snow is melting and Finns are really happy that long winter is not in Finland anymore... But me, I want more and more snow!!! :o)
We had long english lesson. Anita learned a lot of new words usefull for kitchen and tourism, especially nationalities, names of countries and languages.
We baked a cake! A tastefull Swiss roll!!! But!!! What a surprise! When we took the cake from the oven, it was a chocolate round cake!!! :o) Where was a mistake? We don´t know... Maybe the next time we have to add a flour later.... ;o)
The last night is knocking on the door... Anita & Heikki left to their house. And we have permission to take what we want from the fridge.... and of course we take care of dough for rye bread.
The week went fast, but we are faster!!!! :o)
